Procedure for activating the transfer of real estate data from REALTOR.ca's DDF service

To allow Source.Immo, managed by ID-3 Technologies Inc., to receive your Canadian real estate data from the CREA via its Realtor.ca website and its SDD, you must enable data feed transfer by following these steps:
  1. Go to the following website:
    https://ddf.realtor.ca/Distribution/Destinations/Default.aspx
  2. Click on + Add a Data Feed.
  3. Select the type of data feed you wish to create.
    (Typically "My Listings" for a real estate agent)
  4. Leave the default option selected:
    "I will be engaging a 3rd Party Technology Provider to operate my Data Feed"
    (I will use a third-party technology provider to operate my data feed).
  5. On the right, in the “Search” field, enter “ID-3”
  6. ID-3 Technologies Inc. will appear in the list below. Click on it so that it is highlighted in blue/gray.
  7. Enter your website URL in the required field.
  8. Filters can be applied for a National Shared Pool. No filters are required for:
    Member Website Feed – My Listings
    Member Website Feed – All Offices
  9. At the bottom of the page, click the button:
    “Click to review your Data Feed before Saving it.”
  10. Verify the information and save the changes.
We will be automatically notified when the transfer is activated.
